Passive distribution systems and pre-wired cables are an important part of any machine installation, and replace expensive terminal boxes with complicated wiring. The distributors are positioned in close proximity to the process, providing the wiring between sensors and actuators using pluggable, pre-wired cables.

In order to make start-ups easier, each socket has LED indicators to display the signal statuses.
The 4-port or 8-port versions of the plug-in distributor can be optionally installed “inline” (e.g. with mounting profiles) or using the standard 3-hole attachment method.
The connection to the sensor or actuator for MQ12 is handled by the M12 snap-in connection system, meaning that no modifications are required at the sensor end. MQ12 is fully compatible and interchangeable with normal commercial solu-tions. The attractively simple “¼ turn – fixed” mechanism cuts down installation time by up to 80%.
MQ12 is available in straight and 90° with and without LED as well as male and female versions.
